Returns

At The Bamboo Brush Society, our commitment is to offer high-quality, sustainably made products that are good for you and the environment.

We strive to achieve a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products, but if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at hello@thebamboobrushsociety.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Any returns or exchanges requested after the 14 day limit will not be refunded.

For damaged or defective items, please include a detailed description with an image showing the damages.

If you are unhappy or feel the product is not as mentioned, please let us know the reason for the return.

Our Quality Control team is dedicated to making sure all of our products are of the highest quality, so your feedback is important to us!

Shipping:

The return must be shipped back to us within the 14 day window.  The customer is responsible for the cost of postage as our shipping guidelines do not cover returns or exchanges.
