The Handle
Our handle is made from sustainably sourced Moso bamboo. It’s heat-treated to carbonize the surface, so not only is our handle water-resistant and naturally antibacterial, but it's also 100% biodegradable. The perfect snack for your pet panda!
The Bristles
Our bristles are made of castor oil fiber and nylon and they are free of BPA and petroleum. The oil extracted from the plant is mixed with nylon. The bristles are therefore not 100% biodegradable, due to the fact there is nylon inside, but they are currently the best option available on the market. The only biodegradable material available today is pig hair, but we like animals, so we hope you understand that this is not an option for us. We are constantly seeking environmentally-friendly alternatives, but until then remove the bristles for proper disposal!

All of our products are our products are packaged in 100% recycled cardboard and shipped completely plastic free. About Our Bamboo
Bamboo is extremely versatile and sustainable! It is the fastest growing plant in the world, and it naturally regrows after harvesting without the use of harsh chemicals or pesticides. It contains natural antibacterial, antifungal, and odor resistant properties, so it’s hygienic and biodegradable! What about the pandas? We use Moso bamboo which grows up to 28 meters high, so the leaves are out of panda’s reach. We love pandas!
